  CARACTERISTICI GENERALE
Modelul I-Spectrum 200-X de FTIR reprezinta o varianta eonomica a spectrometrelor cu transformanta Fourier si utilizeaza un numar de caracteristici unice care asigura o performanta ridicata din partea acestui aparat compact.
I-Spectrum 200-X si este considerat unul dintre modelele cele mai compacte (masoara doar 59 x 39 x 19 cm) si este usor adaptabil dintre spectrometrele IR FTIR.
Design-ul acestui model este unic, fiind creat special pentru a reduce semnificant timpul de lucru.
Geometria interferometrului utilizeaza un sistem optic compact Michelson cu autocompensare care elimina multe din problemele de centrare optica intalnite la tipurile de interferometre conventionale.
Design-ul I-Spectrum 200-X evita folosirea cuvelor optice cubice conventionale si alinierea dinamica.
In practica, acest lucru inseamna ca acest aparat poate fi folosit in laboratoarele de cercetare, in invatamant (universitati si licee) si daca se cere, poate fi folosit in afara laboratoarelor, pe teren sau in locatii mai indepartate.

FTIR Spectrometers

  General View
The I-Spectrum 200-X series of FTIR spectrometers represent a low cost Fourier transform infrared spectrometers and employ a number of unique features that ensure high performance from a compact instrument.
The I-Spectrum 2000-X measures just 59 X 39 X 19 cm and is regarded as one of compact and versatile infrared FTIR spectrophotometers.
The design of the 200-X is unique both in terms of optical design and the software and firmware designed specifically to significantly reduce overall analytical times.
The interferometer geometry is employing a new compact Michelson self compensating optical system that eliminates many of the optical alignment problems found in conventional type optical interferometers.
The I-Spectrum 200-X design avoids the use of conventional corner cube optics and dynamic alignment.
In practice this means that the instrument can be used in the research laboratory, in any university or college environment and if required, can also be used outside laboratory or in remote locations.

Aparatele din seria I-Spectrum FTIR ofera raport ridicat S:N si poate asigura SNR pana la 12000:1.
Rezolutia in IR este 2 cm-1 si programabila pana la 32 cm-1 (optional 0.5 si 1 cm-1).
Domeniul lungimii de unda total este: 7000 la 400 cm-1 (IR) sau 15000 la 3850 cm-1 (NIR).
  All I-Spectrum FTIR instruments offer high S:N ratios and can provide SNR up to 12000:1.
Resolution in the infrared is available 2 cm-1 and programmable up to 32 cm-1 (option 0.5 and 1 cm-1).
The overall wavelength range is 7000 to 400cm-1 (IR) or 15000 to 3850 cm-1 (NIR).
 
Asa cum se va putea vedea; compartimentul este larg si poate gazdui toate probele normale prezentate la spectrometria FTIR.
Compartimentul unic poate acomoda un domeniu larg de accesorii furnizate de diversi producatori.
Dimensiunile compartimentului sunt W26 x D26 x H16.
Axul optic este de 74.5 mm deasupra bazei compartimentului probei si exista un spatiu liber de 90 mm deasupra axului optic spre partea inferioara a capacului.
  The sample compartment is large indeed and can accommodate all of the normal sample handling requirements relating to FTIR spectroscopy. This unique compartment will also accommodate the wide range of accessories supplied by specialist accessory manufacturers. Overall dimensions are W20 X D26 X H16 cm .
The optical axis is 74.5 mm above the base of the sample compartment and there is free space of 90 mm above the optical axis to the underside of the lid.
 
In scopul de a facilita folosirea nu numai a unui separator de fascicule sau detector, sau luat masuri pentru comutarea separatorului de fascicule si detectorului, aparatul putand fi folosit la orice lungime de unda in domeniul 1500 ...400 cm-1.   Ranges In order to facilitate the use of more than one beam splitter or detector , provision has been made to interchange the beam splitter and detector assemblies allowing the I-Spectrum 200-X to be used at any wavelength from 15000 to 400 cm-1.

Detectorul standard este de tip DLATGS piroelectric, de inalta sensibilitate, creat pentru a furniza cel mai inalt semnal posibil pentru cele mai solicitate aplicatii.
Oricum exista multe aplicatii in spectrometria IR unde se cer analize de inalta rezolutie pentru materiale cu absorbanta inalta si pentru aceste aplicatii optiunile detectorului MCT (racire criogenica) sunt valabile fiecare pe un domeniu specific al lungimii de unda.
‡ In cazul regiunii spectrale NIR sunt valabile doua tipuri de fotodiode Si si iNgAaS.
  The standard detector is a selected high sensitivity DLATGS pyroelectric design providing the highest possible signal to noise for all but the most demanding applications.
However there are many applications in infrared spectroscopy where high resolution analysis is required for materials with high absorption characteristics and for these applications cryogenically cooled MCT detector options are available each with a specific wavelength range.
‡ In case of NIR spectral region two types of photodiodes are available: Si and InGaAs.
 
Software-ul este furnizat pe un CD pentru fiecare sistem expediat.
Software-ul include caracteristici pentru cererile analitice standard, incluzand manipularea datelor spectrale, controlul aparatului, afisarea diagramei pe monitor (cu preview) etc.
Facilitati pentru modelarea analitica a interferogramelor sau spectrelor, cu finisarea lor:
editare interactiva si datele manipularii,
• - scaderea spectrului,
• - finisarea derivatilor Introducerea datelor si iesirea lor se poate face in ASCII sau JCAMP.
Se pot folosi alte programe comerciale, inclusiv Termo/Galactic GRAMS pentru caracteristici cum ar fi Library Search.
Deasemenea functiile pot fi extinse prin adaugarea unor programe comerciale cum ar fi: cautare, identificare component, Transformare Kramers Kronig.

  I-Spectrum for Windows software is supplied on CD and provided with each system shipped. The software includes features for all standard analytical requirements including manipulation of spectral data, instrument control, plot with preview on the screen plus many others. Also included are several facilities for analytical modelling of interferogrammes or spectra, with smoothing, and baseline correction, interactive editing and data manipulation . Also spectral subtraction, mixture subtraction, smoothing derivatives, plot with preview etc. Data input and output is possible in ASCII or JCAMP. Other commercial programmes can be used including Thermo/Galactic GRAMS for features such as Library Search. The I-Spectrum for Windows programme is written in 32 bit protected mode. Our unique software has been designed specifically for multi function applications, it is easy to use and it is provided free of charge. The utility of the I-Spectrum for Windows programme can be extended by adding other commercial programmes such as search, component identification, Kramers Kronig Transform, Chemometrics, etc. to suit individual requirements.
 
Indiferent de natura probei, oferim o gama larga de accesorii pentru: reflexie speculara, reflexie difuza, DRIFT, fotoacustica, prelevarea probelor lichide, sisteme de purjare a gazelor, prese hidraulice sau manuale, microprelevare etc.   The applications for FTIR are extensive and more use is being made of these techniques now than at any other time. Many of these new applications can be attributed to the development of a very large and comprehensive range of sample handling accessories made available from many accessory companies . All such accessories can be used in the I-Spectrum 200-X series of instruments. So no matter what your sample is, we are able to offer just the right sample mount including accessories for ATR accessories , specular reflection, diffuse reflection, DRIFT, photo acoustic, liquid sampling, gas cells, gas purge systems, hydraulic or hand help sample presses, film making kits, sample grinders, micro sampling, disposable cells, polishing kits, polarisers, plus a lot more.
 
Sursa de IR este reprezentata de un dispozitiv de operare cu timp de viata indelungat. Motivul este simplu, si anume design-ul oferit realizeaza emisii excelente ale lungimi de unda caracteristice cu stabilitate foarte inalta.
Temperatura (sursei) indicata de culoare este de aproximativ 1200°C.
Pentru regiunea NIR se foloseste o lampa de quartz-halogen.
  The Infrared source is a long lifetime and trouble free operation device.
The reason is simple in that our design achieves excellent wavelength emission characteristics and very high stability.
The colour temperature of the source is about 12000C. In the NIR region a quartz-halogen lamp is used.
 
Seria de aparate I-Spectrum 200-X utilizeaza intereferometre desicate si etanse si cu compartiment pentru detector, asigurand o integritate spectrala inalta cu un nivel scazut al vaporilor de apa in interiorul interferometrului.
• - Versiunea 200-XZ care foloseste elemente optice din ZnSe rezistente la umiditate, inpenetrabile cu vapori de apa.
• - Versiunea 200-XN (infrarosu apropiat) foloseste elemente optice din cuart topit si este insensibil in prezenta vaporilor de apa.
  The I-Spectrum 200-X series of instruments employ a sealed and desiccated interferometer and detector compartment, ensuring high spectral integrity with low levels of water vapour within the interferometer. We also offer a version (200-XZ) that employs a ZnSe moisture insensitive optics to be impervious to water vapour and can be used to advantage in serious tropical environment's. Provision is made for purging should this be of interest to the user. Near infrared version (200-XN) employs a fused silica optics and is insensitive to any influence of water vapour.
